My kitchen and bath design services include space planning, NKBA-standard construction plans, product selection, and color coordination services. As kitchen projects and bathroom projects can differ greatly, a more detailed explanation of my services is outlined below.

Kitchen Projects

• A revised floor plan for the rooms surrounding your kitchen, if your remodel includes moving walls or expanding your home
• Kitchen floor plan, including a detailed cabinet plan, placement of appliances and plumbing fixtures, and a lighting plan
• NKBA-standard construction-ready drawings showing the floor plans discussed above
• Selection and procurement of kitchen cabinets, including the selection of the door style and finish as well as cabinet accessories
• Product selection guidance for appliances, plumbing fixtures, countertops, backsplash, lighting and furniture
• Color coordination for the products listed above as well as paint and other decor elements

Bathroom Projects

• A revised floor plan for the bathroom and surrounding rooms including placement of plumbing fixtures, if your remodel includes moving plumbing elements within the bathroom and/or moving bathroom walls
• If needed, NKBA-standard construction-ready drawings showing the floor plans discussed above
• If needed, selection and procurement of bathroom cabinets, including the selection of the door style and finish
• Product selection guidance for plumbing fixtures, countertops, medicine cabinet, and tile
• Color coordination for the products listed above as well as paint and other decor elements
