I am happy to work with any contractor that you choose for your project. My contractor coordination services are a part of my standard design services and include:

• Consulting with the contractor regarding how construction requirements will impact the design.
• Providing the contractor with construction-ready plans and detailed specifications.
• Discussing the project with the contractor during a pre-construction meeting.
• Visiting the job site at key points during installation to answer questions and address any issues that may come up.

If you do not have a contractor you trust, I can provide references to contractors I have worked with on past projects.
